Noble Health LLC is a locally owned outpatient treatment center committed to delivering

comprehensive, high-quality behavioral health care to adults experiencing mental health and/or

substance use challenges. Our services are person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally

responsive, designed to support each individual’s journey toward stability, healing, and long

term wellness.

Frequency and Structure of Treatment

Each service is delivered based on individualized treatment plans. General frequency includes:

Behavioral Health Counseling : Weekly or biweekly sessions, based on clinical needs

IOP: 3–5 days per week, 3–4 hours per day, over an average of 8–12 weeks

CCSS, Case Management, and Skills Training: Ongoing, typically 1–3 times per week

Medication Management: Monthly or as clinically indicated

Peer Support & Psychoeducation: Available multiple times per week, based on client engagement and needs

Appointments are available 7 days a week, from 9 AM to 9 PM, with next-day availability for both new and existing clients. We maintain an average wait time  of 1 minute for scheduledvisits.
